Zara Alayan has been Senior Vice President and General Manager at Harrah’s Philadelphia since October 2022.
Starting her career with Caesars Entertainment in 2008 in the planning and analysis department in Atlantic City, Zara grew to become the East Regional Director of Analytics before moving into a property role as VP of Finance at Harrah’s Philadelphia and then Tropicana AC.
Zara is originally from Armenia and received her bachelor’s degree in International Economy form the Armenian State University of Economics. She went on to obtain her MBA from Rutgers University in New Jersey. Outside of work, Zara enjoys time with her husband and their 5 year old son, Alexander. Zara enjoys traveling, trying different foods and while she loves sports, she is an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan.
