Regan Howell is the Chief Operating Officer for Monroe Energy, LLC and President of Monroe Interstate Pipeline Company (MIPC). He is responsible for safety, environmental, regulatory and operational performance at Monroe’s refinery in Trainer, Pennsylvania and MIPC’s pipeline assets in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has experience in oil refining, renewables manufacturing, project management and strategic planning.
Mr. Howell holds a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah and has over 30 years of experience in industry. He and his wife reside in Delaware County, PA.
