Founding Partner of Power Home Remodeling Group
As co-founder and president of Power Home Remodeling, Adam Kaliner is responsible for overseeing and providing direction for the company’s business strategy and expansion plan alongside the executive group.
Since the company’s inception in 1992, Adam’s clear vision of creating a home improvement company focused on the customer experience has remained Power’s north star. His leadership and the foundation he built has launched Power into becoming the nation’s largest, full-service exterior home remodeler, reaching over 900 Angi Super Service Awards for exemplary service, and surpassing $1 billion in revenue.
Adam serves as the president and chair of the board for the Riverfront Alliance of Delaware County, which is focused on the physical, economic and social revitalization of the City of Chester, PA. As it relates to charitable accomplishments, he sits on the Advisory Council for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), providing guidance to advance ALSF’s national development and outreach efforts. This work has ignited Power’s corporate sponsorship of ALSF, which has raised more than $6 million to fight pediatric cancer since this partnership began in 2011. Adam is also a member of the Remodeling Futures Steering Committee for Harvard’s Joint Center for Housing Studies. He has won several awards during his career including the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, The Philadelphia Business Journal CFO of the Year award, and is a recipient of the Legends of the Home Improvement Industry award.
Adam holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in College Park. He currently resides in the Greater Philadelphia area with his family.
